Terms of Use

Ormeval aggregates information from public sources (company investor-relations materials, SEC/EDGAR filings, and regulators including the FDA and EMA) together with model estimates produced by a deterministic forecast engine. Reported figures are public facts; forward-looking figures beyond company guidance are clearly flagged as model estimates.

Ormeval is a decision-support and professional-awareness tool. It is not financial, investment, medical, or clinical advice, and nothing on it is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security. You must independently verify any figure before relying on it.

You agree to:

• use Ormeval lawfully and for legitimate professional purposes;
• never enter or upload confidential, non-public, or company-proprietary information;
• not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; and
• keep any account credentials secure.

You are responsible for the assumptions you enter and for the decisions you make using the tool.

Ormeval is offered for use in the course of a trade, business or profession. By using it you represent that you are doing so in that capacity and that you are at least 16 years old.

You further represent that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the service on behalf of anyone located in, a country or territory subject to comprehensive trade sanctions, and that you are not a person or entity named on, or owned 50% or more by a person or entity named on, any restricted-party list maintained by the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada or the United Nations. We block access from certain locations and may suspend any account where this representation does not hold.

Ormeval has an optional assistant built on a third-party large language model. The optional AI assistant is currently disabled. The following terms apply when it is enabled. When you use it you are interacting with an AI system, and its answers are AI-generated text, labelled as such in the product. It answers only from Ormeval's own indexed and cited data; it does not generate figures, and it does not answer questions about securities, valuation or investment decisions.

Generated answers may still contain errors. They are not a substitute for reading the cited source, and the verification duty in section 1 applies to them in full.

The selection, arrangement, and presentation of data on Ormeval (the compiled dataset, model outputs, and interface) are protected. You may use the service for your own and your organization's internal decision-making. You may not scrape, bulk-export, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the compiled data or model outputs as a standalone product or feed without our written permission. The underlying public facts remain public; our compilation of them does not.

The public catalog and forecasts are free to read. The Workspace (Cockpit) tier is not yet billed: we are in early access and no payment method is collected today. Registering interest simply adds you to the early-access list; should you choose to subscribe once paid billing opens, the stated price applies.

When paid billing becomes available, the Cockpit tier will be charged on the plan and cadence shown at checkout; subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, and you will be able to cancel at any time and retain access through the end of any paid period. Fees already paid will be non-refundable except where required by law, and we may change pricing on renewal with advance notice.

Ormeval is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ormeval and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the service. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Product and company names referenced on Ormeval are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification (nominative) purposes only; Ormeval is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them. If you believe content on Ormeval infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact us with the specific material and your rights in it, and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service (including a Cockpit subscription) if these terms are breached, if use threatens the security or integrity of the service, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time; the data-deletion rights in our Privacy Policy continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

This is without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live, which nothing in these terms removes or limits. Where you contract with us in the course of a business, the choice of law and forum above applies in full.

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes are reflected in the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notified to you.
